My Favourite Banana Loaf
Overripe bananas? This is the perfect recipe that’s super fast and delicious.
Ingredients
4 ripe bananas (mashed)
75 g unsalted butter (melted)
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
pinch of slat
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg (beaten)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 2/2 cup plain flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 handful of raisins
a splash of milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a standard loaf tin with baking paper.
Mix all the ingredients one by one in a large bowl using a fork or a spoon, no need to whisk anything.
pour the batter in the tin and bake in the oven for 55 min.
let it cool, take out of tin and let it cool on a tray or eat it hot.
